Enjoy the pool and attached jetted spa with optional heating, available for an additional seasonal fee. Heating is not included in the rental rate.

Seasonal Heating Rates

October–November: $250 per week
December–February: $375 per week
March–April: $275 per week
May–September: Available upon request; pricing confirmed in advance

Heating is offered in minimum seven-consecutive-day periods and requires at least 72 hours' advance notice.

The pool and attached jetted spa share a heating system and cannot be heated independently. The spa does not function as a separately heated hot tub.

Heating is managed remotely by our team. Water temperatures are weather-dependent, particularly during cooler months, and a specific temperature cannot be guaranteed.

Optional Housekeeping

Enjoy the convenience of personalized housekeeping services throughout your stay, available at $50 per hour with a two-hour minimum per visit, subject to scheduling and availability.

Services may include light housekeeping, bathroom and kitchen upkeep, bedroom tidying, trash removal, and light laundry. We are happy to accommodate preferred cleaning products upon request.

Professional pool maintenance and scheduled landscaping are provided as part of your stay at no additional charge.
